🏠 About the room & flat:
- Private room with wardrobe and dressing table
- Dedicated washroom (not attached, but will only be used by you)
- Since my current flatmate is vacating, some common furniture/items will need to be set up again, which can be managed easily together
- You’ll mainly just need to arrange your own bed
💰 Expenses:
- Rent: ₹10,500
