Haus Fly is a flat rental discovery platform for Bangalore, operated by Traffictoniq Marketing Services (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013. We surface publicly available rental listings from Facebook groups and present them in a clean, searchable format. We are a discovery tool — not a broker, not a landlord, and not a party to any rental transaction.
By using Haus Fly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Listings on Haus Fly are sourced from publicly available posts on Facebook groups. Before appearing on the platform, every listing passes through our daily manual curation process: our team reviews each scraped listing and removes posts that are duplicates, spam, off-topic, potentially fraudulent, or otherwise below the quality bar we maintain for renters.
This curation is editorial in nature — we exercise judgement over what appears on Haus Fly. However, curation is not verification. We do not independently confirm the accuracy, current availability, or legitimacy of any individual listing that passes our review. Displaying a listing is not an endorsement of the poster, the property, or any terms they may offer.
You must independently verify all details before making any payment or entering into any agreement. We strongly advise against making any advance payment — including deposits or rent — without physically visiting the property and verifying ownership documents.
Certain features — including viewing original post source links, contacting posters, saving favourites, and setting up alerts — require a Haus Fly account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
We require sign-in to access source links and contact details to prevent automated misuse of our platform, not to restrict access to publicly available content.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On deletion, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
You may save up to 3 active search alerts. When new listings matching your saved filters appear, we will send you an email notification. You can manage or delete your alerts at any time from the My Alerts page. Each alert email includes an unsubscribe link.
The Zero-Deposit Move-In programme is currently in a waitlist phase. Signing up indicates your interest — it does not constitute a financial agreement, loan, insurance policy, or any regulated financial product. No money is collected or disbursed at this stage.
The terms of any future financial product offered under this programme will be communicated separately and will require explicit consent before any transaction occurs.
Listing content displayed on Haus Fly originates from posts made by third parties on Facebook. We do not claim ownership of this content. Original posters retain all rights to their content.
If you are the author of a post that appears on Haus Fly and wish to have it removed, please see our content removal policy. We will action all valid removal requests within 48 hours.
You may not use Haus Fly to scrape, copy, or redistribute listing data in bulk. You may not use automated tools to access the platform. You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings. You may not harass, threaten, or abuse other users or posters.
Haus Fly is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from rental transactions, scams, inaccurate listing information, or platform downtime.
We are not liable for any transaction that takes place between a user and a listing poster. All such transactions are solely between those parties.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Haus Fly after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
