URGENTLY looking for my replacement for a room in 2BHK located in Kagadasapura, CV Raman nagar.
This is a semi-furnished flat, with a bit of a setup done by us already. We have a maid and cook who comes to cook one meal a day and the house too.
The building has parking available and has all amenities available nearby only.
Baiyapanhalli Metro station is 3 km from here and is closer to Bagmane Tech Park too.
Looking for move in date from 1st July Onwards.
Following is the breakdown of per person costs:
- House Deposit = 40K
- Rent = 13,850 per month
- Maintenance = 2000 to 2200 per month
- Maid + Cook = 2750 per month
- Electricity bill = ~ 600-700 per month
- Wifi bill = 400 per month
- Drinkpure = 250 Per month
- Washing Machine and Hall furniture = 700 per month
Other costs:
- Setup Deposit (these are deposit on rental things, WIFI, gas, fridge and basic kitchen setup) = 4500- 5500
The building has power backup and doesn’t face water problem throughout the year.
