🏡 Looking for a Flatmate | HSR Layout Sector 2 | Move-in July 1st I’m planning to finalize a spacious 2BHK on 27th Main Road, HSR Layout Sector 2, and looking for a flatmate to share the place. 📍 Location • Prime location on 27th Main Road • Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, and daily essentials • Great connectivity to major roads and tech parks 🏠 House Details • 1300 sq. ft. spacious 2BHK • 3 large balconies (one attached to each bedroom + one in the hall) • Both bedrooms come with their own huge private attached balcony • Utility area attached to the kitchen • Well-ventilated with plenty of natural light • Gated society with basic amenities • Available from 1st week of July 💰 Rent • Total Rent: ₹50,000 + Maintenance • Room with attached washroom (occupied by me): ₹26,000 • Room with private washroom (non-attached, located right beside the room): ₹24,000 • Deposit: 4 months (negotiable) • Brokerage applicable and will be split equally 😄 The above rent is what the broker has currently quoted. If you’re blessed with negotiation skills and can help shave off even ₹500 from the final rent, you’ll immediately earn my respect. 🏡 House Setup I’d prefer creating a comfortable home rather than a bare-bones bachelor setup. Looking for someone who is: • Open to setting up common areas thoughtfully • Comfortable splitting costs for essentials like sofa, TV, dining table, etc. • Fine with starting on rentals and gradually buying things if we find good deals • Practical about expenses and decision-making 🧹 Living Preferences • Clean and hygienic • Responsible with shared chores and bills • House cleaning maid will be hired and the cost will be shared • Smoking should be avoided in common areas. What you do in your own room is your choice • I eat non-veg.
