Hi everyone! We’re looking for a female flatmate to take up third room in our 3BHK flat.
📍Location - St Anne’s church road
(Around 2km from Manyata tech park)
Move in- 1st June, 2026
✨ About the flat:
• Located in a gated society with amenities like gym, swimming pool, play area, power backup and security
• Semi-furnished room with unattached but dedicated washroom
• Comfortable, safe, and peaceful environment
We’re looking for someone who is a vegetarian (egg is fine)
*One Time cost*:
Security deposit - 41,700/-
Brokerage- 14,700/-

-Rent - 15,000/- (including maintenance of 2000/-)
-Wifi = 250-300 pp (yet to be decided)
-Furniture- 3000-3500/- approximately. (Since its a semi furnished flat, we’d be putting up 3 beds with mattresses, sofa, dining set. We’ll also be renting basic appliances like fridge, Microwave, washing machine etc)
-Maid and cook - split by 3
Please note that even we’ll be moving in from June 1 hence there could be unavoidable costs to set the flat up. We’re looking to maintain a positive and comfortable vibe in the house, so someone who fits in well and contributes to a clean, respectful living space, is easy-going and cooperative, would be perfect.
Also, the room in the photos might look untidy. The landlord will get the house deeply cleaned and repainted.
