About the flat: Standard 3bhk, spacious hall+dining hall and kitchen. Has an empty room, to store extra luggage
About the society: covered car parking, has a small gym (never been), near plenty of shops for all your needs. Has power backup, so power cuts are rarely an issue.
Owner is very chill, has never ever bothered us (I don't think he's going to increase the rent for the foreseeable future too)
