I’m looking for my replacement for a room with attached washroom in a 3 bhk apartment inside one of the most sought after societies on sarjapur road - SJR palazza city, Doddakannelli, near to RGA tech park and sarjapur social.

Location - Next to RGA techpark, folks working in PayPal, zepto and other companies will find it most convenient. Lots of shopping, food, gyms, hospitals, salons, breweries nearby (social, bygbrewski, street 1522, gladia, and atleast 10 more)
• About the society: Comes with all amenities, Gym with trainers, swimming pool with coach, yoga studio, dance classes, badminton court, squash, TT, Pool, medical store, tennis court, pickleball court etc.
• About the flat: it is a semi furnished flat which we have furnished with few items like tv sofa washing machine fridge, wifi, cloth pully, etc cost of which gets shared amongst three. There are utensils(optional to share) , maid for cleaning, cook(optional) already setup. Flat comes with a dedicated parking in basement for vehicle.
