This society is genuinely fantastic with top-tier amenities: a fully equipped gym, a great swimming pool, multiple sports courts, and tons of open walking spaces. It’s incredibly secure and has everything you need right inside the gates.
**The Flat & Room:**
**Space**: Huge 1900 sq. ft. layout very spacious, airy, and perfectly lit with natural sunlight.
**Floor**: 17th floor (amazing views and great ventilation away from the street noise).
**Furnishing**: Semi-furnished.
**The Room**: Comes with its own private attached washroom.
**Parking**: Dedicated parking space is available.
**Financials**:
**Rent**: ~₹26,500 per month (maintenance is included).
**Deposit**: 3 months rent
