3 BHK with 3 washrooms (2nd floor, Car parking available)
Hall: TV, 5-seater sofa, 6-seater dining table, shoe rack, ironing table
Kitchen: Refrigerator, washing machine, gas connection, grinder, water purifier, and essentials
Your Room & Rent:
Rent: ₹20,890 (Private bedroom with attached washroom and balcony. Includes maintenance and water charges).
Room Storage/Amenities: Comes with a cupboard and a dedicated dressing table (with mirror and shelves)
Note: Total rent and maintenance are divided equally by 3. Current rent is ₹52.5k (increases to ₹55k from July). Quarterly maintenance is ₹23k.
